Upcoming Racing

Hunter District Cycling Club runs regular graded road and track racing in the lower Hunter area, along with specific handicaps and special events. The Race Program is run jointly with the Newcastle Cycling Club. A current CA race license and approved helmet and bike are required for all races.

Race entry is $15 for adults and $10 for juniors ($5 for 1 lap Junior participation race)

  • Junior training, Newcastle Velodrome. Open to all interested juniors every Thursday from 6.00-7.00pm during school terms. Cost is $10
  • Samsung Summer Track series Newcastle Velodrome. Big prizes, conducted over 4 weeks, Date to be advised
