About Hunter District
Cycling Club
- Hunter District
is the Hunter Region's largest cycling club, catering to cyclists in all
divisions from Junior U/9 to Veteran 8 division in both men's and women's competition
cycling. We conduct Road and within the Central Division of
clubs, in co operation with the two other local cycling clubs.
- Hunter
District is affiliated with the NSW Cycling Federation, and
therefore the ACF and UCI.
- Hunter
District riders compete at all levels from novice junior up
to and including world championships.
Racing
- Hunter District conducts Road Racing for
all recognised divisions. The Road Program runs from April to September each
year. Friday Night Series racing is held at Kooragang Island Clubhouse from
October to March in align with Daylight savings, 6pm start.
- We currently have over 30 kids under
13 racing with us on the Steel River Criterium course. Please see the photos
