3. how long racing…this is my 5^th year….i’m a late starter but I played soccer at a competitive level b4 that.

5. hardest race…..grafton inverell…came 2^nd in B grade……tamworth 2 day tour where I won

6.bike riding hero….i’ve always been a bit of an Ullrich fan….locallly I’d pick big steve.

7.future cycling goals…..to win grafton…..unfotunately gold may never eventuate in A grade…but to be competitive in every race will be my long term aim.

10.words of wisdom……(a theory about training) if it doesn’t hurt you haven’t gone hard enough.
